Missouri Council for Exceptional Children holds their Annual Awards Ceremony
The Missouri Council for Exceptional Children (MO-CEC) recently held its annual conference at The Lodge of Four Seasons in
Columbia resident, Andy Janssen was recipient of the Yes I Can! Award for Community Service.
