March 21 to March 30, 2010
To all my friends,
This page contains photos of my trip to Mississauga, Ontario.
I went to Mississauga, Ontario because my dad had to get a EPD food allergy shot.
On Sunday, March 21st we left rural Mexico, MO at 8:25 a.m. We arrived in Lansing, Michigan at 7:00 p.m. eastern time. It was 47 degrees and sunny in Lansing on this day. We stayed in Lansing on this night. We traveled 542 miles on this day.
On Monday, March 22nd we left Lansing, Michigan at 9:30 a.m. We arrived in Mississauga, Ontario at 3:30 p.m. It was rainy most of the way after we crossed the canadian border. It was 37 degrees when we arrived in Mississauga. We traveled 302 miles on this day.
On Tuesday, March 23rd we visited the Ontario Science Center in Toronto, Ontario. My favorite things to do there was flying paper airplanes and the vacuum tube machine that sucked paper up the tube and the paper came out of the top of the machine. I also liked watching the ball coaster. It was rainy and temperature was around 35 degrees on this day.
On Wednesday, March 24th we went to a city park by Lake Ontario. I saw a swan on the lake. It was around 60 degrees and sunny on this day.
On Thursday, March 25 we went to the doctor with dad and he got his allergy shot. We spent the rest of the day at the hotel. It was very cloudy and cool on this day.
On Friday, March 26th my mom and I washed laundry at the hotel. After lunch my mom and I went to a Wal-Mart Supercenter that was two miles from the hotel. The Wal-Mart store was different than ours in the US. The rest of this day I watched TV and relaxed. It was sunny and in the thirty’s on this day.
On Saturday, March 27th we visited the CN Tower in Toronto, Ontario. We visited the Look Out and the Sky Pod levels of the CN Tower. I really enjoyed having lunch today at the Look Out level of the CN Tower. I ate chicken strips and fries. We also walked to the Toronto Union Station and a little ways into the Pathway under the city.
